Youth Participation through Dropzone
Use Dropzone’s game layer to make local participation compelling for younger residents — without claiming a live youth programme.
The problem
Younger residents are often asked to participate through forms and meetings that do not meet them where their attention already is.
The idea
Let a legitimate project need become a Dropzone community mission when it is safe and real — never invent active missions.
The plan
Preserve Dropzone safeguarding. Connect future missions to canonical project needs. Do not add gambling or pay-to-win mechanics.
Where we are
Developing. Dropzone exists as entertainment infrastructure. No live youth programme or invented community missions are published here.
The story
Design community missions, local challenges and contribution outcomes on Dropzone so younger residents can take part in real civic work. Dropzone remains entertainment/attention infrastructure with existing safeguarding and gambling perimeters. No active youth programme is claimed.
What we already have
- Dropzone product with existing safeguarding and gambling perimeter
- Canonical Projects that could later become missions
