Household stock comes first.
The aim is to make useful food from real ingredients, not to send you shopping for an idealised recipe.
SANCTUARY HEALTH · WHAT’S IN MY FRIDGE?
Add the food you actually have at home. Sanctuary will suggest flexible meals that use several of those ingredients together, keep optional extras optional and explain the choice in plain language.
Your ingredients
Type one item or paste a whole list. Commas or new lines are clearest, but Sanctuary will also split simple entries like “peas beans noodles” or “cheese wraps” when the foods are unambiguous.

Type the foods you actually have. Sanctuary separates obvious foods, avoids pretending wraps are toast, and gives practical cooking steps with heat, timing or packet guidance where that can be done safely.
1 · Use what is there
The aim is to make useful food from real ingredients, not to send you shopping for an idealised recipe.
2 · Keep it flexible
If a recipe can work with peas instead of spinach, beans instead of meat or potatoes instead of rice, that flexibility is a feature.
3 · Explain the choice
Sanctuary explains the meal through variety, useful food resources, satiety, practicality and waste reduction rather than pretending one number describes health.
