Closed-loop rewards for genuine participation — not cash and not a promise of future benefits that are not live yet.
The short version
Sanctuary Credits (SC) are closed-loop reward points inside Sanctuary. They are not cash, cannot be withdrawn and are not sold directly at launch.
How SC are earned
- Monthly grants included in an eligible published membership plan.
- Approved Sanctuary or Dropzone activity when that reward is explicitly published.
- Operator adjustments or goodwill entries where a legitimate reason is recorded.
How SC can be used
SC can only be spent on uses that Sanctuary has actually published and enabled. Future ideas are not treated as live benefits. SC are separate from Route Credits and do not automatically pay for collection or delivery.
What SC are not
- Not legal tender or a bank balance.
- Not withdrawable to cash.
- Not transferable for money between users.
- Not an investment and not guaranteed to have a fixed GBP value.
- Not a substitute for seller payouts or private-sale settlement.
Your wallet
Signed-in users can see their server-recorded balance and activity in the account wallet. Sanctuary does not calculate authoritative balances only in the browser.
Fair use
Duplicate claims, automated abuse and fraudulent activity can be rejected or reversed. Privileged adjustments should be auditable and tied to a reason.
