The problem
Useful places and sessions go unused because last-minute capacity is hard to see.
The idea
Release unused capacity through the existing Capacity domain so Town Square can surface just-released and last-call records from the server.
The plan
Help organisations publish owner-authorised availability. Do not calculate remaining places in the browser. Do not invent demand.

Developing on canonical Capacity architecture. Homepage Pulse only counts real current records.
The story
Empty activity places, unused lawful appointments, workshop seats, venue capacity and community rooms should be findable through canonical Capacity — not a second inventory. This project does not create a parallel stock list.
